About Us
A group of friends joined together because of our shared interest in the Scriptures. With the priests approval, we decided to write our own interpretation of the Scriptures each week which is included in the church’s bulletin.
What we do
We revise the Sunday Gospel and write a short commentary on our findings. We pass this on the Parish Secretary who includes this in the bulletin.
Who can get involved
Anyone who is interested in looking at the Sunday Gospel and happy to express their thoughts on what it says from their perspective.
How to get involved
As a small group, we would love for this group to continue. We would welcome new members; parishioners who feel they could contribute in helping us all understand the Scriptures in a simplistic way. Depending on numbers, each person is usually called upon 2 or 3 times a year. The Parish Secretary arranges a rota for us.
