A little piece of Nigeria came to the SWOY Parish Centre on 2 May during our Chin Chin cooking workshop. We had an excellent turnout of around 30 people.
After a demonstration, everyone joined in to make a variety of flavoured chin chin, including traditional, cinnamon, and paprika. Afterwards, we shared what we had made, enjoyed drinks, and listened to Nigerian music.
The workshop was a great success.
