The RCIA journey in faith programme is now back after a brief Easter break, we continue the period of the Catechumenate in the next weeks up to Pentecost, as the Rite of Christian Initiations for Adults says “This is an extended period during which the candidates are given suitable pastoral formation and guidance aimed at training them in the Christian life” the parish community assumes its responsibility by supporting the candidates in prayer and involvement in Catechising.
I and the RCIA team appreciate the support of parishioners and catechists in this ministry and mission. Please pray for the candidates and enquirers Peter, Justina and Pam. I encourage the parish community to join us during the Tuesday evening sessions we hold weekly.
All RCIA meetings are held in the lower hall starting at 7:45pm tea and coffee and at 8pm sessions start.
